Across California and the Western U.S., dedicated leaders like yourself are organizing concerts, strengthening youth and community ensembles, and expanding access to live orchestral music. It’s meaningful work, but it’s also very demanding. Too often, it falls on one person or a very small team to carry it all.

And that can lead to isolation and burnout.

That’s where the Association of California Symphony Orchestras (ACSO) comes in.

We don’t just provide resources – we provide connection. Through peer networks, professional development, and shared learning, ACSO creates space for support, collaboration, and renewal. We help ensure that the people doing this vital work don’t have to do it alone.

At ACSO, we believe that the people who dedicate themselves to building community through music deserve to feel part of one themselves.
