Burbank Philharmonic Orchestra: Hennings-Fischer Young Artist Competition Concert

The Burbank Philharmonic Orchestra, in partnership with the Hennings-Fischer Foundation, proudly presents the Finals Concert of the 26th Annual Hennings-Fischer Young Artist Competition. This public concert highlights exceptional young instrumentalists (ages 30 and under) selected as finalists from the annual competition. Finalists perform concerto movements from the standard repertoire before a live audience at the Salit Conservatory of Music Recital Hall on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 7:00 PM. One or more Grand Prize winners will be selected and awarded $1,000, along with the opportunity to perform as a soloist with the Burbank Philharmonic Orchestra in an upcoming concert. Over the years, the Hennings-Fischer Competition has helped launch the careers of remarkable artists, including Robert Feng, Eiline Tai, Angela Meade, Julie Adams, Nigel Armstrong, Aubree Oliverson, Heidi & Alexis Hatch, and Keith Williams. This concert is made possible thanks to the generous support of the Hennings-Fischer Foundation and celebrates the next generation of outstanding classical musicians.
